There is a difference in the ingredients they contain! “Tablets” mainly contain sea cucumber powder and Jerusalem artichoke powder. “Capsules” contain only sea cucumber powder. You may also have a preference for taking one or the other.

Mainly in Hokkaido. Some are from the Peru. The sea cucumber with spikes is caught in Ezo, Hokkaido.
