The Japanese version of Terms shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Japanese versions.

2. Purposes for which personal information is used


The company will use a customer’s personal information 1. if the customer agrees in advance, 2. unless otherwise specified by law, etc., only to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes (including purposes related thereto, collectively referred to as “purposes of use”):

3. Proper management of personal information


In order to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration, leakage or unauthorized access  etc. of customer personal information, the Company will take the necessary and appropriate security measures and implement measures to enhance security on an ongoing basis.

4. Disclosure of information to contractors


The Company may divulge to its business sub-contractors,  a customer’s personal information, to the minimum degree necessary for the purposes of carrying out the Company’s activities with respect to shipping, settlement, credit, relevant after-sales services for products with respect to its internet mail order business, as well as for the purpose of providing information on new products and services. The Company may disclose your personal information only up to the minimum amount of information necessary. The Company will conclude contracts with these sub-contractors to protect personal information and will provide necessary and appropriate management and supervision to ensure that sub-contractors comply with the contracts.

5. Provision of personal information to third parties


The Company will properly protect personal information and will not disclose personal information identifiable to a particular person to third parties without the consent of the customer and without the consent of the individual, unless permitted to do so under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. ⑴ If the customer agrees.
⑵ Where it is required by law.

⑷ When it is especially necessary to improve public health or promote healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain consent from the individual.

For sites and services operated by third parties that are accessible through links on this site, the Company has no knowledge of and is not responsible for the use of personal information collected independently by such sites and services. When you visit a link you are subject to the privacy policy set by the third party.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy


The Company may revise the “Privacy Policy” at any time without prior notice, as necessary, in accordance with the revision of  laws and regulations. In this case, we will post the latest “Privacy Policy” on our site. Regardless of the contents of the “Privacy Policy” at the time it was viewed by the customer, the Company will always handle the customer’s information in accordance with the latest “Privacy Policy”.

10. Disclosure of personal information, etc.


Requests for disclosure, amendments, additions, deletions, suspension of use, suspension of third-party provision, etc. will be accepted at the following contact centre, and on confirmation of the customer’s identity will be handled in an appropriate manner in accordance with laws and regulations.
